Our residential services provide both long-term and transitional accommodations, helping individuals develop their independence with the ultimate goal of moving to a supported living setting—if that aligns with their aspirations.

Our Supported Living services empower individuals to live independently in their own homes, with the option of receiving support from one or more caregivers. Whether they own their home, rent from a housing association, or lease from a private landlord, we are here to assist them in their journey toward autonomy.

Our Outreach & Home Support service often represents the final step in an individual’s care pathway, delivered directly in their own home. This support is tailored to help them manage everyday tasks—many of which are often taken for granted. We assist with a variety of activities, including budgeting, paying bills, cooking, cleaning, and even getting up, showered, and dressed in the morning.

Our Day Services provide an excellent foundation for individuals to shape their daily lives by participating in essential social and educational activities. Engaging in these activities offers a supportive pathway to developing new skills and exploring new opportunities. Within our Day Services, participants take part in activities that not only foster learning but also promote work-ready skills and community integration.

Everyone enrolled in our regular support program enjoys access to a 24-hour on-call service. This service offers help and advice over the phone, as well as 24-hour emergency assistance option.
