Grange House
Supported Living Accommodation which specialise in supporting and caring for adults with learning disabilities, Autism and associated needs.
We aim to help service users live the way they want to, and access services and social activities as required. CCRT offers a separate contractual arrangement for service users who require personal care support in our supported living accommodations. We also offer service users tenancies, Personalised care and support plan that focuses on maintaining, or if appropriate, increasing independence.
Service users are supported with application for housing benefit and further support in identifying the appropriate range of benefits they may be entitled to. While meals are not provided, support workers will assist with shopping and cooking as needed. However, if service users require meals to be provided due to level of support needs, this can be implemented in their care costing during the assessment stage.
